Seniors participate in designing a project in their final semester at SDSU, cultivating into Design Day.

The annual Engineering Senior Design Day event takes place the first week of May during the spring semester. As the largest College of Engineering event, it showcases the exciting and innovative design projects that our undergraduate Engineering students create during the academic year.

Each of our Senior Design classes in Aerospace Engineering, Civil, Construction & Environmental Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering participate with over 80 projects on interactive display each year. Please take a moment to browse the Design Day Booklets and pictures from our previous events to have an insider's look at the amazing projects our students create!

AGC/CMAA strive to provide support, encouragement, and opportunity to students in our chapter. They hold numerous events where students will be able to meet professionals in the industry, and give back to their community as well. In their bi-monthly meetings, they host amazing speakers from local Construction companies to give their members the inside scoop on their company and career.  With these opportunities, members are able to surround themselves with a professional and fun environment, cohesive to future success.

Every year in October the AGC & CMAA Student Chapter, co-hosts with SDSU ASCE, the Professional Development Day (PDD). Over 60 companies, and many of our alumni, attend the PDD and bring internships and full time job opportunities to our students
